We had very little snow in December but we were fortunate to have this lovely sight from our apartment.
The monsters enjoyed their yearly visit from St. Nicholas. They love to see what he leaves them on their shoes each year.
This year he brought Star Wars Nerf blasters. They have been well used.
We were able to celebrate "Baby Ellie's" first birthday with her as well as pre-Christmas cheer before the ladies headed home.
Padawan chose a beautiful necklace for Aunt Lolly on his own.
We also had our annual Cookie Day with Aunt Lolly and Mimi. The monsters had so much fun baking cookies.
And Ellie bounced.
Back home we decorated our Christmas tree.
The Mimi and the Papa and Uncle B.A. joined us for Christmas Eve. The Papa made his fabulous egg nog. We all enjoyed it though I think the Papa enjoyed it the most.
After staying up to watch our new favorite Christmas show "Prep & Landing" (which I highly recommend to everyone), the monsters were understandably ready for bed.
Christmas morning!
The monsters were quite happy with what they received.
Sergeant was too.
Looking for the pickle ornament.
SAM the builder! I break it, you fix it!
Merry Christmas!
